We’re excited to share the latest series of updates to the FE CashCalc client portal that make managing financial information more seamless than ever.
Phase 1 - Available Friday, 25 October 2024
The new FE CashCalc interface offers a range of client-centric improvements.
In the first round of updates, we have focused on creating an improved user experience with a more intuitive and engaging interface that allows for easier identification of action items. We’ve added an Instant Net Worth View so clients gain quick visibility to assets minus liabilities. Clients can also now have greater control over their personal document storage with the ability to mark documents as private or shared.

Your clients can now add their own documents (My Documents) and links (My Links), separate from what is shared between you. With improved functionality coming soon, Client Portal will evolve into a personal space for your clients to effectively manage their documentation.
How to Access the New Features
Ready to streamline your practice’s online experience? Follow these simple steps from Friday, 25 October to enable the new features.
If you’re Network Admin/Owner:
- You can enable for all advisers within the network via the Client Portal Preferences page in Settings
If you’re Group Admin/Owner that doesn't belong to a network:
- You can enable for all advisers within the group via the Client Portal Preferences page in Settings
If you're an Adviser and you don't belong to a Group or Network:
- You can enable the New Client Portal for yourself via the Client Portal Preferences page in Settings
When the portal has been enabled by your Network Admin/Owner, you will see the following message in the Client Portal Preferences section:
Your clients have been automatically migrated to use the new Client Portal.
Please note that once enabled, it can't be reversed.

The next update will bring even more improved features, including a Financial Calendar with reminders for clients, shared cashflow views, portfolio sharing and more.
