Elevate Your Advice with FE CashCalc’s Latest Updates

In the world of financial advice, client experience is everything. After working closely with financial advisers in practices of all sizes, we are continuing to develop the solutions that help you deliver excellent experiences for your clients. 

We’re excited to share the latest series of updates to the FE CashCalc client portal that make managing financial information more seamless than ever.

Phase 1 is available now

The new FE CashCalc interface offers a range of client-centric improvements.  

In the first round of updates, we have focused on creating an improved user experience with a more intuitive and engaging interface that allows for easier identification of action items. We’ve added an Instant Net Worth View so clients gain quick visibility to assets minus liabilities. Clients can also now have greater control over their personal document storage with the ability to mark documents as private or shared.

Your clients can now add their own documents (My Documents) and links (My Links), separate from what is shared between you. With improved functionality coming soon, Client Portal will evolve into a personal space for your clients to effectively manage their documentation.

How to Access the New Features

Ready to streamline your practice’s online experience? Follow these simple steps to enable the new features.

If you’re an Admin or Network owner:

  • Log into your FE CashCalc admin setting overview page 
  • A new section will give you the option to allow users of your organisation to enable the new version for themselves or you can automatically enable for all at once

If you’re an adviser:

·       If your Admin Owner has given you the option to enable access to the new client portal individually, then you will need to:

  • Go to Settings 
  • Client Portal Preferences
  • Toggle on the ‘Migrate to New Client Portal’ using the switch

If your Admin Owner has enabled the option for everyone, you will see a confirmation message in your Settings. 

Please note that once enabled, it can't be reversed. 

Phase 2: Coming Soon

The next update will bring even more improved features, including a Financial Calendar with reminders for clients, shared cashflow views, portfolio sharing and more.
