How we optimised a financial services firm’s painful factsheet production process allowing them to focus on their BAU

BACKGROUND 

Wesleyan, a financial services provider originating from Birmingham and with nearly two centuries of expertise and history, sought a factsheet production solution due their growing number of funds and the challenges around producing these documents on a regular, monthly basis. What made this process even more strenuous was having to manually handle large quantities of the underlying data and ensure accuracy and consistency of all the output. The company already benefited from our FE Analytics solution at the time and decided to expand this portfolio to include our Factsheets Production service.

• Ease of use thanks to a much simplified and streamlined process that made it easier for the client’s team to manage and update as needed.
• Automation & efficiency of the previously manual process involving underlying data management, making it more efficient and reducing the need for manual data entry, allowing our client to focus on their BAU.
• Customisation of the template with added benefit of consultancy around the industry’s best practice to ensure the output is on client’s brand and also appealing to the end user, the investor. 
• Flexibility of the template in terms of its design and further ability to easily update and customise the output to, for example, include new benchmarks and performance data, where required.
